I just finished reading this thread and really appreciate everyone sharing their situation.
I'm someone who is still undecided on when to start taking Social Security. It's quite a big decision to make and literally so many ways to go about it. I know that the monthly premium for Medicare will be deducted from Social Security, so that's something to consider as well. One thing I know for sure is I will probably continue to work for as long as possible, whether going with early retirement or delayed retirement.
Meanwhile, lots to learn and think about...
