replying - Nothing new

I am surprised they even responded. They wouldn't before. For years when checks were late you would email HR, cuz if you emailed your support person they would tell you to email HR. So after emailing them, it would take them hours to respond and then state they didn't realize checks were not deposited. Then a few hours later they would email and state we found the problem, it was the bank's error (as usual) and we will let you know when deposits will be made. They always acted surprised and was always someone else's fault. They are not worth the trouble, haven't been for years!
