In 2009, my in-house hospital job was outsourced to CMC. I didn't take the offer because I didn't want to be an IC, pay was cut in half, and no Bennie's. She lost that contract for not meeting turn around time. I was glad the MD's struggled, it serves them right for laying eight of us off to save money. One of us had transcribed there 24 years then dumped, she worked for CMC a few months then quit because of low pay.
