ASCII line is just a fancy way of saying - character line...sm

The ASCII code assigns a number for each letter, special character, punctuation mark, etc., etc. It's not really necessary to call a 65-character line an ASCII line, except maybe to make yourself sound learned. If the add says includes spaces, then it would include 65 "ASCII" characters plus spaces.
