They contracted out my account and moved me to another one then fired me for not meeting production metrics on the new account after a couple weeks. Screwed me out of TAA benefits too because of that. But I did get unemployment for a while. They are worse than the dirt I walk on and the stool I excrete out of my rear end after a bout of food poisoning. I agree with you, the original poster needs to quit and move on or get themselves fired so they can collect unemployment.
