If you're talking about the account in NJ, I don't know, but Epic (transcription killer) may be partly responsible? Of course, I have no solid proof, but I can only guess when I see things like this:

Also, if you google "epic" plus your NJ hospital name (rules forbid me to mention it), you can read recent articles about the implementation, timeline, etc.

All that said, I'm not 100% sure this is the cause. Just an educated guess.
