1. I thought that was the point of running an ad, to get resumes. If applicants are not qualified, then weed them out.

2. Phone calls - Simply state in the ad you WILL NOT ACCEPT PHONE CALLS about the job. Why is that so difficult?

None of these MTSOs can be trusted any longer over the littlest thing. There's absolutely NO valid reason they have to hide the company name. Anyone who does that is not to be trusted and I wish people who answer the ad and get any response would post the name.

Southern Transcription tried to sneak her hiring ad in by piggybacking someone else's post - and without the pay rate disclosed. Chided about it, how sorry she is and would remove her post, but it still stays up there. This even after the FB page owner reiterated the rule about disclosing pay rates. So that's another sneaky and dishonest one you can't trust, thinking she's above the rules, despite how much her employees say how wonderful she is to work for.
