M*Modal

It is very - difficult

But they don't want to hear the excuses - no matter how many times they hear it from one MT after another. It's one of those things - they know the learning curve is ridiculous, running out of work is ridiculous, platform issues/company server issues slowing everything down, etc., will affect LPH big time. They will never admit to any of those things, or pretty much anything else, as causing your LPH to drop, even though they know all of it to be absolutely true.

The idea is to make you feel that you're lacking what it takes to perform your job. So many expertly trained and highly skilled MTs have had a good laugh at that one!! Oh sure, an MT with many, many years of building a vast amount of knowledge in all things medical and well versed in applying that knowledge to MT suddenly doesn't have what it takes to do this job???

Increased numbers of great MTs have left the industry and will continue to do so by choice because this line of work today no longer represents their once well-respected career choice in MT, much less one that compensates well for experience or even recognizes the need to do so.
