I have to test it every time I sign on first time for the day. It never connects, I unplug USB and plug it back in (same port), then that time it connects. Bizarre. Weirdest part is when I take my lunch break, I completely sign out of everything and shut down the Wifi. When I sign back on, the foot pedal connects and I don't have to go through the plug-unplug routine. Company says I'm the only one with the problem. BS. Don't hold your breath on any fixes from anybody.
