I've had the same problem with the foot pedal ever since they installed VDI. Supposedly are waiting for a fix from Citrix. Told me to just keep switching the foot pedal to different USB ports until VDI recognized it. Not doing that, luckily I can still work on EditScript outside of VDI. Good luck.
