I find it ridiculous that a company is ruling out many excellent and knowledgeable transcriptionists because they do not have experience in a specific platform. Obviously, some companies have no clue that most MTs have maybe 10-15 different platforms under their belt on which they have been trained and one more is not big deal! We can learn anything, especially a transcription platform whether it be EMR or whatever they wish to name it. It just strikes me as silly.
