Yes I've found a bunch of information on osteophyte formation. I even see parapatellar information. However I couldn't find anything with saying that medial peripatellar osteophyte formation, so I thought it must be wrong. When taking this client they told me specifically he doesn't dictate parapatellar only peripatellar..because I couldn't find that exact term anywhere I wasn't very confident it was correct. The dictation is muddy from tired doctor..I've sped up, slowed down audio..but I'm still new with a lot of these terms. I really appreciate your help.
