If you click on "medicine" on the dropdown first (down arrow to the right).

Then you can refine it a little more after entering the term by clicking on "medicine" (again, for some reason) on the right or another subcategory.
I was going to suggest Stedman's Abbreviations, Acronyms & Symbols book, but I just did a search for TFN in that (3rd edition) as a test, and it's not there, nor in Stedman's Ortho (strange).
Wow, MediLexicon closing down is going to be a huge loss for our profession. (I gave you a "Like" for the heads up, OP.)
