that may be someone has never worked outside of an employee status their entire career and suddenly finds themselves an IC and is looking for some clarification and help! (insert eyeroll). That is not my personal case, but I do have empathy. Seriously, it takes just as much energy to post a mean and negative response as it does a positive and helpful one. What is wrong with you type of people??? You're on the same $@#^ team.
