I don't work for TTS, but I work for another company who subcontracts for N and this is the same scenario with them! We aren't told the servers are down, but we may have very few jobs for a few days and then BOOM we have over 200 jobs and we need to get them cleared out ASAP!!!! ughhhhhh! I would almost bet money that Nuance dumps them all at once.
