I had a similar experience the other day - imagine that, having a single experience in a whole week stand out in your memory where the dictation was actually decent and consistent. I've been struggling with LPH and on PM, but the influential people around here don't seem to believe that NJA will affect LPH at all. Really?? Well, it does. My LPH soared after having good and consistent work for those few hours. Convinced me, yet again, that I'm not the one who is deficient here.
