Anyone have a Parent Plus loan for the child - mine has doubled over the years

As I'm nearing retirement, trying to figure a way to get discounted payments, but Parent Plus doesnt qualifty for income based repayment. It started out at 10,000 in 2005, now it's 20,000 as I've had to go in forebearance several time due to changes in my MT income.
