that once VR reports get to a certain standard they also disappear. I feel certain these reports are offshored because not much has to be done to them except read.
This is why I think a lot of the Nuance-affiliated companies are seeing accounts disappearing so rapidly now.
You won't keep an account very long once it gets to read-only status. It will be offshored and in comes the next account to be typed, turned over to voice rec and then offshored.
It's a pattern I've noticed this past year.
