I contacted the DOL about late pay and they are going to take action. Please if you feel you are being treated unfairly contact them. Also, if you were not able to stay with your employer because of unpaid wages please sign up for UEI. They will investigate the company as well. Hopefully something will finally get accomplished because unanswered emails and calls are not.
