Contact whoever supervises you at the MTSO where you work for the procedure THEY want you to follow. It may even be written down in general specs/paperwork you got when you were hired. Otherwise, you're going to get a lot of different answers from people who may work on ES at different companies. Different MTSOs set things up they own way as far as how the want the platform to work and other things are universal across companies. So, go directly to the source, your supervisor. I don't understand why people are reluctant to ask the people they work for about things like this.
