Sometimes when I get a job, the demographic has a grid. The box is checked for the visit. On the norm, the box is not checked.

So that leads me to believe someone did go in this report and at least checked the visit number but then exited out. How they exited out, I have no idea.

As far as keeping it in your queue, I think that is something set by account administrators. I know for a fact that they can set it to where you only get the job you downloaded. Yet, sometimes I get into accounts where it has downloaded my first job and second has downloaded to me as well.
