These mushmouth dictators are - DRIVING ME CRAZY

In this day and age when QA and management are looking for anything they can count as an error, do you think there is much difference between:

coronary disease

and 

coronary artery disease.

If they have a CABG and refer to LAD or PDA, etc., would it not clearly be coronary artery disease.  

I must be getting old and deaf because I frequently have a problem determinating if they are dictating "artery" with this.

And of course, as an AQS employee, whatever I do will be an error.
