the "highlights" in this endeavor was Mmodal agreed to have AQuity be there #1 vendor for 10 years. They also use other vendors just like Nuance did. Nuance found a way to get quality at India prices right here in the USA by contracting these small pop up vendors who use IC labor. It sounds like Mmodal had the same idea in mind when they created this "new" company. Remember, the accounts are Mmodal's and AQuity is doing nothing more than servicing them as a "vendor."
