It seems that we are here only to type for 2 kinds of clients:
1. Clients whose contracts state they cannot be outsourced.
2. New clients. For these clients we train ASR and then the accounts go to India. This takes about 6 months.
I imagine HDS get new accounts on a rotating basis, so if you don't have work now, you may in a couple of months (or whenever the next new account comes in).
Also, I they don't want to pay for insurance, etc. If you run out of EANP and have NJA, you get knocked down to part time and the company saves money.
I expect there to be a massive firing soon because of all the NJA, but the company would rather have you quit so they save money on UI.
Terrible industry. Horrible company. We are worth more than this.
