First of all, let them make an offer and negotiate. If you tell them, they might think you’re willing to accept less than what the position actually pays. There are also sometimes base plus production bonus pay scales or straight production situations even on site, and also factor in your benefit package.. My opinion is that $13 an hour is too low, that is only minimum wage in some states.
