Any company associated with Nuance is going to be stressful and very up and down when it comes to the flow of work, type of work, plenty of free work from you, and so on, not to mention the VDI mess. I wouldn't even consider applying to any of those companies and I did work for them before VDI and it was horrible. For what they pay and what they demand, it isn't worth it. You will never escape the duress as you put it with any of them, no matter what platitudes they spew. In fact, I don't know where you can work without it. Just knowing how hard we have to work for what we are paid, is duress enough for me to get out.
