Instant Text V compatibility - KatB

Is Instant Text V compabible with Windows 10? I am having a hard time getting it to link to my application when I am in Word. This is a new computer with Windows 10 on it and I previously used it on Windows 7. Thanks in advance and I apologize if I posted this twice. It made me verify my email address in the interim so there might be two of these questions.
