This week is worse. NJA right at the beginning of shift with hours of no jobs every time I check. I had an hour from today to make up but couldn't do it because I ran out of jobs right at the end of my shift. I can't make up the NJA before my shift or on weekends especially this week so I'm using PTO.
I was approved to take Memorial Day off but now I'm wondering if I should cancel it. However, there is a big chance I won't get a lot of work on that day anyway.
If this continues, I'll be starting to use my "No Pay" option very soon.
I asked my manager and they said they will "look into it."
