Want to leave KS - anon

Work for KS full time as employee. Want to leave but looked into insurance and I would be working a new job IC just to pay for insurance. It is ridiculous if I want to continue as MLS. KS has us. No matter if checks are late, people are still going to stay because of what I just described above. It is sickening.
