Definitely not. I've heard and seen of this happening in many industries. I have worked in other industries and seen corruption or businesses struggling. I also believe the economic news are not entirely true and they are fudging the unemployment numbers, which are way higher than they say. So I really don'to believe when they say the economy is better than ever and everyone is making more money. I see the opposite around me.
