You only get a snapshot of another person's life - On here

It is not selfish for a person who is trained to do a job, and who has been offered a job, to work that job (for wherever reason) until that job no longer exists. Maybe that person is homebound and wants extra money to pay down bills or save up for a trip. Maybe that person knows she will have to live with family after this job dries up, and she's biding precious time. Maybe that person needs something to fill her days, and this job does that.

It is not selfish for a person to do what they feel they need to do (for their own personal reasons).

You are not entitled to her job just because she does not like it. Her job serves a purpose to her. If you want a job, train for it. Be the best at it. Put in resumes. Do what you need to get the job you feel you are entitled to...but don't EVER take out another person or wish ill will on them because they have something YOU have deemed (from a snapshot of their life) that they do not deserve.
