As the song goes, "take this job and shove it." How dare they treat us the way they do and all of the companies out there do the same, for an insulting rate of pay.
I left MM when AQ came on. I just knew it would be more of the same hell and even more so probably. I found a PT MT job as an IC and I hate that, so I am just doing it when I can and going from there. I am retired, so it is supplemental income and like you, I can take it or leave it. There are plenty of low paying MT jobs out there, so why put up with the abuse this place hands out; go somewhere else and get it and then move on from there. When I run out of companies, I am done with MT. Can't wait for that day to come.
