Is it JB at BH? She is now down to 27 seconds for a report that should take 90 seconds to dictate. A real lph killer. Since I get her multiple times every shift, my lph is below minimum. I may get in trouble, as if you listen enough times, you might get what she is saying because most of it is the same, but I refuse to transcribe it if I cannot hear it. I have finally decided she does not get my effort and is getting mostly blanks. 5 minutes for 27 seconds dictation is ridiculous. This company has absolutely no soul.
