I feel the same way. It is almost like they want people to be on PM. I am not reaching their 12 minute requirement. However, I am not getting make up pay either. I can get up to 10-11 minutes. There is only so much I can do with the tools I have.

I wish you luck with your new job. I hope it goes into permanent employment.
