PS night shift and bonuses - Just curious Posted: Mar 9th, 2019 - 9:26 pm
I wonder if we could just start completely refusing to work every night like the day shift people, and they would offer us a bonus to do the work we are supposed to do? 
It's almost like they have all come together like a quasi-union to force PS to pay them more. Unfortunately there are so few of us on night shift we would just get canned. The day shift gets away with it because PS doesn't want to lose the accounts. So grats? for holding the company over the coals and getting the extra money, while basically giving the finger to the rest of us.
If PS was smart they would fire people who mainly log in during bonus periods and hire some new people who actually want to work. These boards are full of people who need work or have NJA all the time at their companies and we have emails begging for people to work every single day, with people refusing to work until they are offered more money to do it.
