They are grading pretty tough. Formatting is a major issue. Follow the Style Guide. Unfortunately, the screen shots they give you are blurry.
So, typically, with them it's 5 spaces after the colon. But use the Style Guide they send you. They are testing to see if you can adapt to changing formatting.
I failed it. Not all companies are the same. I'm working for one, now, that we tab over from the speaker identifier, then type and I think that comes out to .5 inch spacing. I got 79.8 or something like that and you have to get 80% on the written. You can re-apply, I just don't know if I want to.
Isn't it funny how companies we would never consider working for a few years ago are basically the best game in town?
