3M 360 Encompass - val1224

Hey there.  Those of you who use this 3M software, do you ever have problems with just the 360 Encompass freezing up on you?  Mine does that when working remotely but not in the office. When working remotely, if I open the encoder and then go to the EMR to pull up an account, when I go back to the encoder and click in the box to try to put in a code, it will freeze up and I get a message "not responding" and it will not start responding again.  I have to close out the account completely and start all over.  Is anyone else having this problem?
