I have questions about this company. I was not ever given a contract or rates in a contract. Does anyone know their pay structure including the bonuses they mention? Also I was told there is a strict schedule and if we need a day off there is a strict call out procedure. I wondered if they pay benefits and social security withholding including tax withholding since there is such a strict schedule procedure in place. Finally do they pay on time and how do they calculate pay? Is QA involved in the pay calculated? That is, I mean are errors calculated into taking away pay, or decreasing final rate of pay? I don’t mean to sound like I have poor quality; I just want to know if QA is punitive in taking what may be a poor pay rate down even further. Thanks for your help.
