How do I get my foot pedal to rewind - at a steady speed? SM Posted: Dec 28th, 2018 - 5:00 pm
When I step on the forward pedal, it goes forward at chipmunk speed. I want the same thing to happen on rewind. Somehow it doesnt. This seems to have happened recently. It stops and starts, like one second at a time and I have to keep stepping on the rewind key to get it to move back.
I took it outdoors and dusted all the hair and dustbunnies out of it. It plays well, no other problems. I'm not in VDI or anything else, same regular programs, same computer, no other upgrades or changes to anything recently.
Wonder if it simply needs to be rebooted? Speed settings adjusted? Express Scribe software upgraded? Anything?
Any ideas greatly appreciated.
