certified mail, return receipt. You will need that should you file a civil complaint to get a judgment or get paid. Good luck. Good luck. I cannot imagine working 2 months with no pay though. They pay twice a month. Have you been notifying them each pay date that passed? I worked there a short time and left. The VP is an idiot and has no idea (beyond the belief in her head) of how a transcription service is run. She has a small clique that trip over themselves to bow to her and she eats it up. It was sickening enough that I couldn't stand to read the rah-rah cheerleader posts anymore and got out of dodge. I hope they make good on what they owe you.
