so it's fruitless for her to keep saying she's not paid.

What state? What are her normal pay dates? How has she contacted her company? Is she IC or employee?

The fact she works for Precision and hasn't been paid in 2 months is pretty odd.

Lots of people work for Precision, hate the pay and the company, but I've never seen anyone say they haven't been paid.
