Everything seems to be going fine, no notice at all that anything could be wrong. Your account manager tells you you're doing well.

The owner comes in. Looks everything over, picks through everything (even QAs your work - where she herself misses a mistake), makes a lot of loud useless noise, craps all over everything, and then leaves, with you to clean up the mess even if you still have a job after that.
