This industry hasn't seen wages increases in 25 years. I don't know anyone who's making more money except a couple of friends who own properties and rent houses. They're raking in the bucks.
I'm sure our MTSOs are faring well while most of us are struggling, feeling like we should be content with wages we made 25 years ago simply because we work at home.
