Way too many people have had problems to give everyone valid cause to worry and be concerned. Too many horror stories about N to not be concerned.
I actually had a recruiter lie to me recently about how there's nothing to worry about.
There's plenty to worry about if you talk to a reputable computer tech who knows what they're doing.
If you have it and no problems, then good for you. Why do some of you work so hard to discourage people from being concerned?
