If they are making the switch to take on Nuance accounts, you will have nothing but problems, constant monitoring/auditing, and Nuance will force VDI on you so they can take over your entire system.

If Nuance takes over, forces the VDI (which N makes mandatory), it knocks out your shortcut program making it useless, N moitors every keystroke. N will also "scan" your system, review any personal information on your system, any time they want without you knowing they are doing it.
