Once you're off full QA ("senior" status) lines rates are 13.5 cpl SR and 8 cpl VR. Juniors (full QA) are 9 and 6 cpl.

Note this is in AUD so if in another country you need to account for fluctuating exchange rate and any international payment fees your financial institution charges you.
