and they throw it in your face when you try to tell them that VR will never be as good as MTs typing. "I can show you the numbers..." Yes, I'm sure you can after you inflate them and adjust them to fit your needs.
Been in house and had that done when VR was first starting... and had the same trainer down the road with 2 different MTSOs who went to speech wreck; they all said the same thing about their precious numbers and made their charts look exactly like they want people to see.
