Guess they think they're slick getting rid of the word "joinees" now, but still the same violation in terms of not meeting minimum MT Stars requirement for pay (which is 4 cpl VR, 8 cpl standard). Pretty sure they reworded the compensation too, maybe to try to make it look like that is a range for VR, not just VR *and* standard rates.
