that N was "getting out of the transcription side of the business" and that was why they were contracting the work out. Did something change? Or are they "getting out of the business" as a tax loop hole, but still attempting to keep their thumb in the pie by subbing to outside MTSO's, but still demanding control as before, if not even more so now. Just curious myself.
