I agree with the others who replied (as of this writing). It's a done deal in terms of making any money. Don't waste your time. Many are barely making minimum wage.
You would do well in, say, working in medical records. A lot of it is knowing how to quickly file reports, and you know all the report types---assuming you've done all in a hospital---Consults, H&Ps, Discharge Summaries, Surgeries, Progress Notes, Procedures. You'll know the report just by looking at it.
